摘　　要：β-淀粉样前体蛋白及白介素-1β与老年性痴呆病的发生发展有密切关系．用SH-SY5Y细胞株研究了rh-IL-1β对细胞中APPmRNA表达的影响．Northern杂交结果显示，IL-1β可诱导SH-SY5Y细胞中APPmRNA的表达增加，且有时间剂量反应关系．通过转录延伸实验证实，IL-1β对APP基因表达的诱导作用主要发生在转录水平．Amyloid precursor protein(APP) and IL-1 may be the pivotal molecules in initiation and progression of Alzheimer's pathogenesis. The effect of IL-1 on the expression of APP mRNA in human neuroblastoma cell line SH - SY5Y was studied. Northern blotting showed that IL-1 resulted in a time-and dose-dependent induction of the level of APP mRNA in SH - SY5Y cell. Run On Assay revealed that the induction of APP mRNA expression by IL-1 is at transcription level.
