饮用携带沙门氏菌活蛇鲜血和胆汁致病可能性初探

摘　　要：为探讨携带沙门氏菌活蛇可能引起对人群的危害，我们把南宁市防疫站提供从蛇分离出的丙型副伤寒及亚利桑那沙门氏菌，分别与蛇血、蛇胆汁混合后再与不同浓度酒作用一定时间，观察酒对沙门氏菌的抑菌效果；同时取定量沙门氏菌加入各种水源水，了解其在水中存活时间。实验结果表明２５度以下的酒与蛇胆１５∶１、酒与蛇血５∶１混合，作用５ｍｉｎ～２０ｍｉｎ均无抑菌作用；蛇血与酒１∶１混合，即使是３９度的酒作用２０ｍｉｎ也无抑菌作用。两种菌在各种水源水中存活时间在３０ｄ以上。In order to investigate the possible harmful effect of life snakes which carry Salmonella bacilli,Salmonella paratyphi C and Salmonella arizonae were each mixed separately with snake blood and snake bile,and then the mixtures were acted on with different degrees alcohol for a certain period of time to observe the inhibitory effect of alcohol on Salmonella bacilli.At the same time, fixed amounts of Salmonella bacilli were added into various headwaters water to observe the period of survival of the bacilli. The results showed that mixing alcohol (below 25°)with snake bile in the ratio 15∶1,and snake blood in the ratio 5∶1,and each acting for 5-20 minutes, did not show any bacterial inhibitory effect.Even mixing 39°alcohol with snake blood in the ratio 1∶1,and acting for 20 minutes ,also did not have any bacterial inhibitory effect.The above mentioned two types of Salmonella bacilli survived more than 30 days in the various headwaters water.
