近视眼发生发展的主要因素及配镜方法探讨

摘　　要：近年来,眼科学家们通过大量动物实验模型眼的研究,从宏观到微观对近视眼的发生发展机制,在以下几方面已基本达成共识:(1)调节不是近视眼发生发展的关键因素;(2)在中低度近视眼的发生发展中遗传作用所占比例不大,环境因素是主要的;(3)环境因素若使视网膜成像质量降低,将形成不良视觉信息并刺激眼内组织,产生相应生化改变及形态学改变,造成近视发生发展;(4)环境因素中,视网膜的离焦状态是最有影响力的因素;(5)近视眼框架眼镜矫正时,过矫和欠矫使近视发展速度较全矫快。总之,近视眼配镜应以提高网膜成像质量为目标,全矫是关键环节。In recent years, the ophthalmologists do a large number of research for eyes of experimental model of animals （FDM） in macroscopic to microcosmic, they have some common understanding basically in the following aspects to thai： development mechanism takes place in the myopia： （1） The regulation is not a key factor for development of the myopia. （2） The proportion of hereditary function is not big in the emergence in myopia is developed, the environmental factor is main.（3） If environmental factor makes the quality of the formation to image of retina reduce, will form bad vision information and stimulate organizing in the eyes, corresponding biochemistry changes and morphology change to emerge, lead to the fact that develops near-sightedly.（4） In the environmental factor, retina to have factor influencing strength most from burnt stale. （5） When the frame glasses of the myopia are corrected, it makes near-sighted development speed rectify fast more completely to cross and rectify and owe rectifying. To get the right lenses for one＇s eyeglasses should regard raising the image quality of the formation on the retinane as the goal while mixing the mirror, it is key to rectify completely.
