中西医结合治疗慢性牙周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法240例慢性牙周炎患者随机分为西医治疗组和中西医结合治疗组,每组120例。西医治疗组服用抗生素灭滴灵0.2g,每日3次,连服1周,并佐以局部洁治;中西医结合组在西医治疗的基础上,对不同牙周炎辨证分型,加用中药方剂治疗,1个月后观察疗效。结果中西医结合组治疗牙周炎效果优于纯西医组,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性牙周炎可增加疗效,缩短病程,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine-west medicine （TCM-WM）therapy on chronic periodontitis. Methods 240 patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into WM and TCM-WM group. A group take metronidazole, assistant to aid clean. B group was treated on the basis of western medicine,according to differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome. Results The rate of clinical recovery in the group of TCM-WM was significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is less expensive to treat chronic periodontitis with combined therapy of traditional chinese and western medicine, and the therapeutic effects can be increased and the coupe of disease can be shortened.
