摘　　要：整合素是参与牙周组织改建的重要黏附分子之一,转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)作为一类多功能肽类生长因子,可通过对整合素的调节而影响牙周组织改建。本文就TGF-β对整合素的作用机制及二者在牙周组织改建中所发挥的作用作一综述。Integrin is a major adhesion molecule involved in periodontal tissue remodeling. Ttransforming growth factor-β （TGF-β） peptide is a muhifunctional growth factor, which may affect the regulation of integrin and the remodeling of periodontal tissue. The purpose of this article is to review the role of TGF-β on the regulating of integrin and the periodontal tissue remodeling.
