摘　　要：提供了一种少齿数齿轮传动系统输出运动误差和回程误差角的计算方法。推导出了由切向综合公差引起的输出齿轮最大角度误差的计算公式和由法向侧隙引起的空回误差角的计算公式。使用这些公式可简单方便地进行齿轮链传动精度的计算。A kind of calculation method for outputting motion error and return stroke error angle of less toothed gear drive system was provided. Calculation formulae were derived for the maximum angle error of the outputting gear caused by the tangential synthetic tolerance and the last motion error angle caused by normal directional side clearance. The calculation of transmission accuracy of gear chain can be carried through simply and conveniently by employing these formulae.
