摘 要:根据内摆线形成原理,在一种S195柴油机结构基础上,利用实体设计Solidwirks软件,完成了行星齿轮内摆线传动机构实体模型设计,运用ADAMS建立了内摆线传动机构动力学仿真模型,并与传统曲柄-连杆机构运动特性仿真进行了对比。研究表明:行星齿轮内摆线传动实现了活塞简谐运动特性,基本消除了传统活塞侧压力的影响,大大减少了活塞机械摩擦损失,并改进了单缸柴油机NVH特性。在取代传统内燃机曲柄-连杆动力传动机构方面进行了有益探索,仿真分析结果为行星齿轮内摆线传动机构的工程应用提供了理论依据。In accordance with the formation principle of hypocycloid and on the basis of a kind of S195 diesel engine structure, the entity model design of planetary geared hypocycloidal drive mechanism was achieved by the use of entity design software solidwirks and the dynamics simulative model of hypocycloid drive mechanism was established by the application of ADAMS. And a simulative comparison was carried through as well with the motion characteristics of traditional crank-connecting rod mechanism. The research indicated that the planetary geared hypocycloidal transmission realized the simple harmonic motion characteristics of piston, basically eliminated the effect of the traditional side pressure of piston; greatly reduced the mechanical frictional loss and improved the NVH property of single cylindered diesel engine. Beneficial exploration has been carried through on the respect of replacing the crank-connecting rod power transmission mechanism of the traditional internal combustion engine. The result of simulative analysis provided theoretical basis for the engineering application of planetary geared hypocycloidal transmission mechanism.
