摘  要:为了获得良好的数值模拟方法预测带横流、旋流冲击射流的流动换热特点,采用SST湍流模型对带横流、旋流冲击射流的流动换热特性进行了三维数值研究,并利用热电偶温度测试装置对冲击靶面局部换热系数分布进行了实验研究和验证。研究结果表明:横流使得靶面换热效果明显降低;横向出流使得靶面换热系数分布均匀化,尤其是在高雷诺数下更为明显。计算结果与实验特征是基本吻合的,所用的数值模拟方法能较为成功的预测带横流、旋流冲击射流的流动换热特性。Three- dimensional numerical computation of flow and local convective heat transfer characteristics of diagonal Impingement Jet flow with transverse flow and swirl flow is investigated using SSTturbulence model for finding a good numerical simulation method. A thermocouple temperature test technique is used to research the local convective heat transfer coefficient distribution on the target surface. The results show that transverse flow lowers the effect of heat transfer on the target wall. Transverse flow makes the distribution of local heat transfer more symmetrical on the target surface, especially as the Reynolds number is high. The qualitative and quantitative results are analyzed ,which indicate that the agreement of present calculation and experimental data is reasonable. The numerical simulation method can forecast the flow and local convective heat transfer characteristics of diagonal Impingement Jet flow with transverse flow and swirl flow successfully.
