摘　　要：食品标识管理是保障食品安全的重要措施,食品标识法规及标准体系建设在国际上日益得到广泛关注。系统阐述了国内外食品标识法规及标准的产生背景、构架体系和主要内容,介绍了食品法典委员会、欧盟、美国、日本食品标识法规及标准发展概况,结合我国食品标识法规及标准现状分析,提出了进一步规范我国食品标识管理的建议。Food labelling management is an important measure to ensure food safety, and food labelling regulations and standards system establishment has been paid widespread attention. Background and main contents of food labelling regulations and standards were introduced here, and the status of food labelling regulations and standards of CAC, EU, USA and Japan were reviewed, Based on analysis of present situation of Chinese food labelling regulations and standards system, some suggestions for strengthening food labelling management in China were proposed.
