摘　　要：2008年山东的文化气息异常浓厚。时间刚刚转过2007年,全省文化建设工作会议即在济南召开。以开年的第一个全省大会来研究部署文化工作,这在山东尚属首次。会议最重要的成果在于山东意举全省之力,兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮,提高山东的文化软实力和综合竞争力,加快实现由文化资源大省向文化强省的跨越。In early 2008, the Conference on Cultural Construction Work in Shandong Province was held, of which the most important achievement was that Shandong would make a province-wide effort to create an upsurge in building up socialist culture and promote the cultural soft strength and comprehensive competence of Shandong Province, thus speeding up Shandong＇s transformation from a powerhouse of cultural resources into a province with a powerful culture.
