摘  要:目的:了解胎盘型谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST-π)在喉息肉、鳞状上皮乳头状瘤、鳞状细胞癌的表达状况,探讨GST-π与上述病变之间的关系及意义。方法:常规病理诊断选择喉息肉10例、乳头状瘤10例、鳞状细胞癌20例,用免疫组化LSAB法检测GST-π,统计学处理。结果:GST-π表达在喉息肉及癌旁正常鳞状上皮均为阴性,不典型增生鳞状上皮GST-π呈阳性表达。GST-π阳性率在喉乳头状瘤和喉鳞状细胞癌分别为20%和85%,两者之间差异具有显著性。结论:GST-π在喉良恶性肿瘤检测、判断病变进展及转归方面具有重要意义。Purpose To determine the expression of glutathione S transferase (GST π) in polyp, squamous papilloma and squamous cell carcinoma of larynx and its significance and relationship among these lesions. Methods Expression of GST π was studied immunohistochemically (LSAB method) in routinely processed tissues from 10 cases of polyp, 10 cases of squamous papilloma and 20 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx. Results were processed statistically. Results All the laryngeal polyps and squamous epithelia adjacent to carcinoma were negative for GST π expression. Whereas GST π was positively expressed in dysplasia adjacent to carcinoma. The expression rates of GST π in squamous papilloma and squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx were 20% and 85%, respectively. The difference between them was significant. Conclusions GST π may be useful in distinguishing benign and malignant laryngeal tumors and in assessing the development and prognosis of laryngeal tumors.
