直丝弓矫治器切牙托槽倒置粘贴在安氏Ⅲ类错的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨直丝弓矫治器切牙托槽倒置粘贴对安氏Ⅲ类错切牙牙冠转矩的临床效果。方法对35例安氏Ⅲ类错均角病例分别采用切牙托槽常规粘结和倒置粘结,对矫治前后 X 线头颅侧位片进行分析,包括测量13个硬组织项目和6个软组织项目,用 SASv8.0统计分析矫治前后切牙倾斜度和面部软组织的变化。结果与对照组相比,实验组 SNA、ANB、U1-SN、U1-FH、U1-NA、U1-L1、A’UL-FH均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安氏Ⅲ类错矫治中,切牙托槽倒置粘贴是一种简便、有效的控根方法,可增大切牙根唇向转矩,减少上切牙倾斜度,使美观和功能得到改善。Objective To assess the clinical effectiveness of movement of the roots of upper incisors by placing brackets upside down in class Ⅲ malocclusion cases after orthodontic treatment. Methods All 35 patients in this research were diagnosed to be skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion, and were divided into two groups randomly where brackets were bonded commonly and upside down. The lateral X-ray cephalometric films taken at the beginning and the end of the treatment were analyzed for position of incisor and soft tissues changes. Statistical analysis was performed using SAS v8. 0 software. Results Compared with the control group, SNA. ANB. U1-SN. U1-FH. U1-NA. U1-L1. A＇ UL-FH were significant statistically （ P〈 0. 05）in experiment group. Conclusions Bonding brackets upside down is a very simple and effective approach to increase labial roots torque of upper incisors in class Ⅲ malocclusion cases.
