16层螺旋CT及图像后处理技术在小肾癌中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:评价16层螺旋CT三期扫描及图像后处理技术在小肾癌诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术、病理证实的16例小肾癌的CT增强扫描表现。结果:16例小肾癌中,增强扫描动脉期13例明显强化,2例轻中度强化,1例呈分隔状强化。实质期及肾盂期强化迅速减退,呈"快进快退"改变;16层螺旋CT肾动脉造影16例小肾癌中,15例显示供血动脉及肿瘤血管。结论:16层螺旋CT三期扫描及图像后处理技术对小肾癌的定性诊断具有重要价值。Objective：To evaluate the value of thriple phase 16 slices spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of small renal carcinoma.Methods：The characteristics of the thriple phase CT finding in 16 case of small renal carcinoma proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Among 16 case of small renal carcinoma,in the artery-phase,13 case showed obvious enhancement by post-contrast CT scanning,2 case slight or middle enhancement,1 case interwal enhancement.Enhancement fastly went down in parenchymal-phase and pyelographic-phase,appearing ＂fast in and fast out＂;On 16 slices spiral CT angiography of renal,among 16 case of small renal carcinoma,15 case displaed blood supply of small renal carcinoma and artery of tumors.Conclusion：Thriple phase 16 slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction have an important value in the diagnosis of small renal carcinoma.
