摘  要:细胞凋亡是一种受细胞外环境和细胞内遗传物质调控的细胞自杀性死亡方式,是细胞自然衰老、死亡的一种方式,又称程序性细胞死亡。肿瘤细胞也存在凋亡,其凋亡受到基因表达、细胞因子、激素、放射线、药物等因素的影响。Fas/FasL系统是肿瘤细胞凋亡的重要途径之一,通过影响肿瘤细胞的Fas/FasL表达可以诱导其凋亡。现就Fas/FasL凋亡系统与肿瘤免疫逃逸的研究进展进行综述,并针对Fas系统在口腔鳞癌方面的应用进行深入探讨。Apoptosis is a mode of physiological cell death regulated by extracellular microenvironment and intracellular heredity factors,in which the cells actively participate in their own death process.The balance of cell proliferation and death is important in maintaining normal tissue homeostasis.Apoptosis can occur in tumor cells,and its apoptosis is regulated by many factors,such as gene expression,influence of growth factors,glucocorticoid,X-ray,drugs and so on.The Fas/Fas ligand(FasL) pathway has been shown to be an important cellular pathway mediating apoptosis.The regulation of the expression of Fas/FasL in tumor cell can induce its apoptosis.In this article,the advancement of Fas/FasL apoptosis system and tumor immune evasion was reviewed as well as the role of Fas/FasL system in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).
