摘 要:目的:初步探讨敌百虫(dipterex,Dip)对小鼠精子的致畸效应及维生素C的拮抗作用。方法:昆明种小鼠40只,随机分为5组,即对照组、Dip组、维生素C(Vitamin C,VitC)干预组Ⅰ、VitC干预组Ⅱ、VitC干预组Ⅲ,每组8只。对照组和Dip组小鼠每天分别饮用自来水和含Dip的水溶液(5 mg Dip/ml);VitC干预组Ⅰ、VitC干预组Ⅱ和VitC干预组Ⅲ小鼠每天的饮用水中除含有Dip(5 mg Dip/ml)外,同时给予补充不同剂量的VitC进行干预,50 d后观察其精子畸形率的的变化。结果:Dip组小鼠的精子畸形率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);VitC干预组Ⅰ、VitC干预组Ⅱ和VitC干预组Ⅲ的精子畸形率均显著低于Dip组(P<0.01)。结论:Dip的毒性作用可引起雄性小鼠生殖细胞的遗传损伤,导致生殖毒性效应;适量的VitC具有拮抗敌百虫致小鼠精子畸形的作用,即抗诱变作用。Objective:To discuss on the teratogenic effect of dipterex(Dip) in mices and antagonistic effect of vitamin C. Methods: 40 Kunming mices were randomly divided into five groups: control group (n = 8) ,.Dip group(n= 8), VitC group Ⅰ (n= 8), VitC group Ⅱ (n = 8), VitC group Ⅲ (n = 8) .Control group and Dip group were administrated with water and Dip solution, VitC group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ with various doses of vitamin C and Dip. The changes of abberation rate of sperm was observed after 50 days of administrauon. Results: rate of sperm in Dip group was obviously higher( P 〈 0.01 ) than controls, that in VitC groups was lower than in that in Dip group( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion:The toxic effect of Dip induces in genetic damage of reproductive cells and reproductive toxic effect in male mices. Proper VitC can inhibit the effect of Dip on sperum aberration.
