摘　　要：目的:对近年来胃癌组织中黑色素瘤抗原基因A1(MAGEA1)和黑色素瘤抗原基因A3(MAGEA3)表达及应用的研究进行综述。方法:参阅新近公开发表的中外文献进行阐述MAGEA1和MAGEA3在胃癌组织中的表达及应用。结果:MAGEA1和MAGEA3基因仅在胃癌组织中表达,在癌旁正常组织中不表达。结论:①MAGEA1和MAGEA3在胃癌组织中有较高的表达。②作为特异性肿瘤标记物有助于肿瘤的早期诊断和微小转移灶的检测。③作为靶抗原用于肿瘤的免疫治疗。Objective：To review the recent studies on the expression and application of the melanoma antigen A1（ MAGEA1 ） and the melanoma antigen A3 （MAGEA3） genes in human gastric carcinoma. Methods： Reading literatures related to the expresstion and application of MAGEA1 and MAGEA3 in human gastric carcinoma and reviewing them. Results： We can find the expressiong of MAGEA1 and MAGEA3 in human gastric carcinoma tissue, None of the nomal tissue expressed themo Conclusion： （1）MAGEA1 and MAGEA3 genes are expressed in a high percentage of gastric carcinoma tissue. （2）The genes may become the specific tumor markers to have advantage of diagnosis in the beginnings of tumor and detect occult disseminated tumor cells. （3）The antigen encoded by the genes may become the targets of tumor specific immunotherapy.
