摘 要:CH7086是衍生于十倍体长穗偃麦草与普通小麦的八倍体"小偃7430"的小麦新品系,对小麦白粉病和条锈病均为免疫。为明确其白粉病抗性的遗传规律,用高感品种(系)绵阳11,晋太170,CH5241与CH7086杂交,将其F1,F2及其亲本分别在太原温室(用白粉病15号小种的E09菌系接种)进行了抗性基因的遗传分析。结果表明:F1对白粉病的感染为0级。F2群体中,白粉病抗感分离符合3R:1S,说明小偃麦衍生品系CH7086对白粉病的抗性受1对显性基因控制。An advanced wheat line CH7086, developed by crossing a partial wheat - Thinopyrum ponticum amphiploid Xiaoyan7430 with susceptible wheat cultivars, was found to be resistant to powdery mildew and yellow rust. To determine the resistance inheritance in this line, CH7086 was crossed with three susceptible cultivars (line). The seedling and adult tests of F1, F2 progenies from these crosses and their parents were inoculated with Egt isolate E09 at Taiyuan greenhouse. F1 plants were consistent with their resistant parent CH7086 and resistant to powdery mildew ( IT 0), indicating complete dominance of the resistance in these crosses. In the F2 populations, the observed phenotypie classes for powdery mildew reaction satisfactorily fitted a 3R : 1S segregation ratio, which suggests that the powdery mildew resistance in CH7086 was genetically a monogenic trait.
