摘  要:[目的]为茶叶的成分测定及开发利用提供参考。[方法]湿法消化苦丁茶样品,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ni、Cr的含量。[结果]苦丁茶中含有较丰富的人体所需的微量元素,10种金属元素含量排序为Ca〉K〉Mg〉Mn〉Fe〉Na〉Zn〉Cu〉Cr〉Ni。苦丁茶中丰富的微量元素与其药用、保健作用密切相关。试验各元素的加标回收率为95.1%~104.2%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~5.9%,准确度和精密度均符合要求。[结论]火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定苦丁茶中的金属元素含量是可行的。[Objective] The purpose of the research was to supply references for the component determination and exploitation of tea.[Method] Kudingcha samples were digested by wet digestion and the contents of K,Ca,Na, Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Ni and Cr were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS).[Result] Kudingcha contained relatively abundant microelements which were needed by human body and the contents of 10 metal elements in order were Ca〉K〉Mg〉Mn〉Fe〉Na〉Zn〉Cu〉Cr〉Ni.The abundant microelements in Kudingcha had close correlation with its medical and heath functions.The recoveries of standard addition of various experimental elements were 95.1%~104.2% and their relative standard deviations were 1.7%~5.9% with accuracy and precision according with the requirement.[Conclusion] Determination of metal element contents in Kudingcha by FAAS was feasible.
