摘 要:目的了解中小学教师离职倾向特点及其与工作倦怠的关系,为教师队伍的管理与建设提供建议。方法采用离职倾向和工作倦怠量表对茂名市836名中小学教师进行调查。结果中小学教师的离职倾向从整体上看还未达到中等水平,分别有39.3%和22.5%的教师存在中等和高的离职倾向;小学和初中教师的离职倾向高于高中教师;教龄21a以上教师的离职倾向最低,显著低于其他教龄的教师,教龄1~5a的教师离职倾向最高;教师的情绪衰竭和疏离感程度越严重,离职倾向越高。结论工作倦怠中的情绪衰竭和疏离感与离职倾向呈显著正相关。Objective To explore the relationship between job burnout and intention to quit of teachers in elementary and middle schools, and to provide reference for the administration of teachers. Methods With Burnout Inventory and Intention to Quit Questionnaire, 836 teachers were tested. Results Intention to quit among elementary and middle school teachers did not meet the middle level, 39.3 % and 22.5 % teachers had moderate and high intention to quit respectively. The teachers in elementary and junior middle schools had higher intention to quit than those in high schools. The intention to quit of teachers with teaching experience over 21 years was the lowest but the teachers with teaching experience less than 5 years was the highest in all. The more serious emotion exhaustion and depersonalization were, the higher intention to quit would be, Conclusion Emotion exhaustion and depersonalization are positively related to the intention to quit.
