摘　　要：文章通过对世界和中国长寿企业的研究以及对企业寿命短暂的原因分析,总结了长寿企业的4大特征和企业长寿并可持续发展的七大要因:与顾客保持长远的合作双赢关系、对社会负责、保持和强化核心竞争力、重视企业的可持续发展、重视安全、良好的内部服务及生存志向。This essay summarizes the four characteristics of the longevity enterprise and seven reasons why it can achieve sustainable development, which includes keeping win-win relationship with customers in long term, being responsibility to the society, remaining and strengthening core competitiveness, paying high attention to the sustainable development, emphasizing the security, sound interior service and survival ambition.
