早期康复治疗对老年人偏瘫下肢能力及日常生活的影响

摘　　要：对12例老年人脑卒中偏瘫患者采用早期康复训练，结果显示训练后下肢运动能力及日常生活活动能力显著提高（P＜0．01），提示训练偏瘫患者应采用现代康复医疗方法。早期康复能促进老年人脑卒中偏瘫肢体能力的恢复，提高临床疗效，改善ADL能力。Twelve aged patients with hemiplegia received early rehabilitation training course. The results showed that the recovery of the paralytic lower limb activities and adult daily life (ADL) ability were noticeably improved (P＜0.01). It was suggested that modern rehabilitation program was applied to train the patients with hemiplegia, and early rehabilitation training might promote the recovery of the paralytic lower limb activities and ADL ability and obtain good clinically therapeutic effects.
