摘　　要：婚前医学检查是公共卫生活动,关系到国家、全社会的长远利益。分析在婚前医学检查中的权利与义务,应当正确理解国家整体利益、社会公共利益、长远利益与公民个人利益、眼前利益的关系;个人权利的行使,与应承担的社会责任的关系。婚前医学检查应当作为公民的义务。在是否接受婚检的问题上,公民不应有自主权。公民在婚检中的隐私权应当以不损害社会公共利益与对方利益为限。Pre-marriage medical examination is public health activity, which is related with long-term interests of nation and whole society. To analyze the fight and obligation on pre-marfiage medical examination, it should correctly understand relationship between national interests, social public interests, and long-term interests and individual interests, and subordinate immediate interests, the relationship between fulfilling individual fight and obligation on social duty. Pre-marfiage medical examination should be as citizen＇s obligation. Citizen should not own the decision-making power for whether accepting pre-marriage medical examination or not. The fights of privaey of citizen should regard do not harm for social public interests and the other party＇s interests as limitation.
