摘 要:总结了双卷流燃烧系统以往的研究情况,介绍了目前在中等缸径柴油机上的推广应用新进展,提出了未来的研究方向。运用Pro/E软件的行为建模方法设计了3种双卷流燃烧室。然后,建立132 mm缸径柴油机的喷雾和燃烧计算模型,对不同燃烧室的喷雾发展形态和缸内的温度场进行了详细的分析,结果显示双卷流燃烧室内的燃油分布更加均匀。最后,选择较优方案在132 mm缸径单缸柴油机上进行了台架试验,试验结果显示采用双卷流燃烧系统后燃油经济性明显提高。In this paper, the research progress on double swirl combustion system (DSCS) is summa-rized, and application of DSCS on the middle size diesel engine and its future development are presented. The behavioral modeling extension (BMX) method was adopted to design the combustion chamber. Calculation in spray and combustion process of a DI diesel engine was carried out. The spray development and in-cylinder temperature distribution was analyzed in details. The simulation results showed that the spray distribution was more uniform for the DSCS. Meanwhile, a DI diesel engine with DSCS and bore diameter of 132 mm was tested in an engine test rig. The results showed that the fuel economy could be improved remarkably with DSCS.
