摘 要:【目的】观察Nd:YAG激光与氟涂料处理后牙釉质脱矿的形态学改变。【方法】用偏光显微镜和扫描电镜观察在人工口腔模型中7 d的经Nd:YAG激光照射、氟涂料涂布和未经任何处理的牙釉质的形态学改变。【结果】扫描显微镜观察,涂氟组釉质表面再矿化沉积物最多、光照组其次,对照组最少。偏光显微镜观察,涂氟组再矿化层最厚,而光照组脱矿区最薄,对照组脱矿层最厚。【结论】Nd:YAG激光可阻止酸性代谢产物对釉质的入侵,氟涂料可促进釉质的再矿化。【Objective】To observe the histological and morphological alternation of enamel treated by Nd: YAG laser and fluoride in the artificial oral cavity with PLM an SEM.【Methods】9 extrated healthy premolars were randomly divided into three equal groups.The first group was coated by 2% sodium fluoride as the fluoride group,the second was irradiated by Nd:YAG laser at an emergy of 40mj 15pps as laser group,the third was control group.All of them were placed in artificial oral cavity for 7 days and analyzed with SEM and PLM.【Results】It was found that fluoride could promote the remineralization of enamel,and there were a lot of remineralizational crystal sediment on the teeth surface.Moreover,the Nd:YAG laser could inhibit the demineralization under the surface zone of enamel.Observed by PLM,there was an obvious surface zone in the fluoride group and the thinnest body of the lesion in the laser group among the three group.【Conclusions】Nd:YAG laser can improve the acid resistanec of enamel and the fluoride can promote the remineralization of the enamel.
