我国浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板的质量分析

摘　　要：通过对广东、江苏、上海、北京和四川5省市60家企业生产的浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板产品质量进行检测,结果表明,13项指标均合格的企业仅20家,合格率为33.3%。分析整体质量水平较低的主要原因是,行业准入门槛低、企业规模小、质量意识薄弱和缺乏检测手段等。针对这些问题,作者提出了改进建议。Samples of wood-based panels overlaid with resin-impregnated paper from 60 companies in Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Beijing and Sichuan were tested according to the Chinese National Standard GB/T 15102-2006. The results showed that the rate of products meeting or passing the National Standard was 33. 3%. Poor compatibility, small scale, lack of test equipment, and poor management were identified as the major factors that caused the situation.
