白色白内障超声乳化吸出术技巧与对策

摘　　要：目的探讨白色白内障超声乳化术的治疗效果和手术技巧。方法对50例(53眼)白色白内障实行超声乳化术,植入后房型人工晶状体。结果晶状体核乳化53眼均成功,平均乳化时间1 min 30 s,术后裸眼视力在0.5以上48眼占90.6%。手术的主要并发症有角膜水肿和后囊破裂。结论合理应用手术方法及提高手术技巧是手术成功的关键,可以避免和减轻术中术后并发症。Objective To discuss the curative effect and operative technique of phacoemulsification in eyes with white cataract ultrasonic emulsifying. Methods 50 cases （53 eyes） were underwent phacoemulsification and implantation of artificial lens at posterior chamber. Results All cases had successful results with average emulsifying time in 90 seconds. The naked eye sight was above 0.5 in 90.6% case. The main complications were corneal edema and cyst rapture. Conclusion The key point was reasonable operative method and good skill during operation that might decrease the complications.
