NP方案治疗复治性鼻咽癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察长春瑞滨(NVB)联合顺铂(DDP)方案治疗复治性鼻咽癌的疗效和安全性。方法36例复治的鼻咽癌患者,采用NP方案治疗:长春瑞滨25 mg/m2,d1、8,顺铂80 mg/m2,d1。21 d为1周期,至少治疗3周期。结果36例患者中CR4例,PR17例,总有效率(CR+PR)58.3%。主要的毒副反应为骨髓抑制,胃肠道反应和静脉炎。结论NP方案对复治的鼻咽癌疗效确切,且毒性可以耐受。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of vinorelbine plus cisplatin combination chemotherapy in treatment of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 36 cases received vinorelbine 25 mg/m^2d1, 8 ; cisplatin 80 mg/m^2d1 combination chemotherapy.This regiment was repeated every three weeks. Results Complete response was observed in 4 patients, partial response in 17 patients, with an overall response rate 58.3 %.The most common toxicities were seen myelosuppression, vomiting and phlebitis. Conclusion The combination chemotherapy with NP regimen for recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the toxicities were tolerable.
