摘  要:目的提高护士工作的主动性和责任感,增强护士长自身可信赖度。方法对我院31名护理管理者就护士责任感和护士长自身可信赖度进行调查。针对问题,实施了优化护理服务体系结构、举办学习班、树立榜样和授权等方法。结果干预后护士的责任感明显提高(P<0.05),护士长的自身可信赖度保持在较高水平。结论通过优化服务体系结构、加强学习、管理者学会授权等措施可提高护士的责任感。Objective To improve nurses' working activity and sense of responsibility,and enhance head nurses' self sense of trust. Methods Thirty one head nurses were investigated on their self sense of trust and nurses' sense of responsibility. Then, aimed at the problems, the following improvement measures were carried out,lncluding optimizing nursing care system, holding workshop, setting up role models and authorization. Result After the intervention, the nurses' sense of responsibility was improved(P 〈 0.05) and the head nurses' self sense of trust remained high level. Conclusion Optimizing system, strengthening learning,and learning how to authorize are proved to be effective to improve the nurses' sense of responsibility.
