摘　　要：21世纪是经济全球一体化、知识经济占主导、科技高度发展、管理现代化的新世纪。现代企业所处的会计环境更趋复杂,对会计从业人员提出了新的挑战。本文从知识经济时代的特点提出对会计从业人员的素质要求,并提出了会计素质教育改进的几点建议。21^st century is a new era of economic globalization , knowledge- based and hitech development . Because of complex accounting environment, accountants must endure more challege than ever . This article points out the qulity of a qualified accoutant in the knowledge- based economy, and gives suggestion to improve accounting education.
