摘　　要：从信用证法律关系入手,分析了信用证法律关系的主体和内容,并在此基础上分析了信用证的法律性质及其适用的学说;对针对该学说的批评作了一些回应,从而从反面论证了信用证的法律性质。Starting from the perspective of legal relation of L/C, the article analyzes the subject and contents of L/C and then based on these it shows legal characters of L/C and the relevant theories. Aiming at the criticisms against the theories, the article expounds the legal characters L/C from the opposite way.
