摘　　要：大学生生涯规划团体心理辅导以斯温生涯规划模式、帕金森职我匹配模式为指导,形成生涯规划团体心理辅导的三棱锥形理论模式,通过四步曲操作模式来进行团体心理辅导,其基本流程包括确立主题、选择内容、制定方案、实施方案等。This group counseling pattern of college students＇ career planning is guided by Swain＇s pattern of career planning and Parkin-son＇s theory of Human Job Match. It forms a Rhizoma sparganii cone theory pattern, which conducts a group counseling by 4-steps operation pattern, including such processes as topic establishment, content choices, developing of programs, implementation of the program and etc.
