摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的方法和技巧。方法回顾性分析采用腹腔镜经腹腔途径治疗肾上腺肿瘤27例。结果全部手术成功,随访6～36个月,患者无内分泌异常,血压正常,肿瘤局部无复发。结论遵循正确治疗思路,熟练掌握手术技巧,腹腔镜手术逐渐成为治疗大多数肾上腺肿瘤(直径≤8cm)的金标准。Objective To investigate method and technique of laparoscopy for adrenal gland neoplasms. Methods 27 cases of gland neoplasms were treated with laparescopy by retrospective analysis approaches. Results All the operations were successive. Postoperative follow-up has been 6-36 months. In all the patients blood pressure and secretion function were normal. No residual tumors were found after laparescopy. Conclusion As Long as the surgeon conforms to correct treatment method and masters the operative skill,laparoscopy will be golden standard of treantment for most of adrenal gland neoplasms gradually.
