孤立性胸膜纤维瘤十例临床分析

摘　　要：为了提高对孤立性胸膜纤维瘤(SFT)的诊断和认识,回顾性总结分析10例外科手术病理结果明确的胸膜纤维瘤病例,包括临床表现、影像学检查和气管镜检查等。结果:10例术后病理均诊断明确为SFT,临床表现多为咳嗽、咯血、胸痛等呼吸道症状,也可无症状由体检发现,影像学多表现为块影或结节病灶,外科手术切除是根治方法,随访发现7例生存,无复发,3例失访。初步研究结果提示,SFT是一种少见的良性胸膜疾病,完整的手术切除加长时间的随访非常重要。This study was to understand the clinical diagnosis and therapy of solitary fibrous tumor （SFT） of the pleura. Ten cases which were proved as SFT by surgical pathologic examination were retrospeotively analysed including the clinical and radiologic presentation, and bronchoscopy examination. The ten cases were diagnosed definitely after surgical resection. Cough, hemoptysis and chest pain were common complaints but some patients were even normal with no symptom. Radiologic presentation was nodule or mass. Completely surgical resection remained the treatment of choice. Seven cases are living with no local recurrence, but 3 cases disappeared. In conclusion, SFT is a rare pleural neoplasm. Completely surgical resection plus long-term follow-up is necessary.
