摘  要:简要综述了桃的栽培价值和发展概况。桃果实不仅味美还有一定的食疗作用,桃仁、桃叶、桃根、桃花、桃胶有一定的药用意义。桃的分布主要集中分布在生长季光照充足、少雨、休眠期温度适中的温冬区。桃的引种通常是向着夏季少雨、光照改善的方向进行,成功的可能性大,反之,成功可能性小。桃原产我国,栽培历史已达4000a之久。我国桃的栽培面积居世界首位。桃育种总体目标是优质、耐贮运、多样化和抗性。未来桃的生产应向品种区域化、多样化、特色化、国际化迈进。The peach cultivation value and development were summarized in this paper. Our country owned the largest Peach cultivation area in the world. Peach fruits were not only delicious but also had some therapeutic effect to people. There were certain medicinal significance in peach kernel, peach leaf, peach root, peach flower and peach gum. Peach cultivation were mainly concentrated in the areas with adequate illumination in growing season, without much rainfall all the year around and with .moderate temperatures in winter. If Peach were introduced toward the areas which were drier in summer and better illumination, there were more chance to succeed, on the contrary, less chance. Peach were originated from our country which had a history of more than 4000 years for cultivation. The overall breeding objective of peach were good quality, good storage property, diversification and resistance. Peach production were trended to regionalization, diversification, characteristics and international in the future.
