摘  要:目的评价SC-1型高强度玻璃离子水门汀与牙本质及牙髓的生物相容性。方法随机选择6只杂种狗,72颗牙(第二前磨牙,第一、二磨牙)制备Ⅴ类洞,将狗牙随机分为3组(SC-1型高强度玻璃离子水门汀充填组、氧化锌丁香酚水门汀充填组、空白对照组),经7d、30d、70d观察,比较狗牙牙髓的炎症反应及修复性牙本质形成等组织病理学改变。结果不同试验周期试验材料组与阴性对照材料组牙髓炎症反应分级无显著性差异,试验材料组和阴性对照材料组的平均剩余牙本质厚度亦无显著性差异。结论SC-1型高强度玻璃离子水门汀具有牙髓牙本质应用的生物安全性。Objective To evaluate the biocompatibility of SC-1 high strength glass ionomer cement.Methods Seventy-two teeth of six dogs with class Ⅴ cavities were randomly divided into three groups(one group cavities were restored with SC-1 high strength GIC,one group with ZOE,and the other with nothing).The pulp and dentine usage reaction after 7 days,30 days and 70 days were observed.Results No significant differences in pulp inflammation reaction was observed between the two materials,neither was the thickness of residual dentins among 7 days,30 days and 70 days.Conclusions This kind of SC-1 high strength glass ionomer cement has good biocompatibility in pulp and dentine usage.
