摘　　要：根据关系数据库的特殊性,结合组合设计的区组设计,本文将BIBD(平衡不完全组设计理论)引入关系数据库数字水印算法。该算法具有隐蔽性好,最大限度降低了对原有数据库的修改,水印恢复不需要原始数据库,且具有很好的灵活性等特点。According to the specialties of the relational database, this paper proposes a digital watermarking algorithm based on BIBD（Balanced Incomplete Block Design）. This algorithm has the characteristics of good hiding and flexible,moreover it can largely reduce the modifications to the database and it doesn＇t need the original databases in the recover progress.
