摘　　要：学科化服务融合了知识性、专业性和技术性,构成医院数字图书馆读者服务工作的重要组成部分,是连接信息资源和读者的纽带,也是医院图书馆核心竞争力的体现。Integrated with knowledge, speciality and technology, the subjective services become one of the important parts of users＇ services in the library of the hospitals. Subjective service is the juncture of information resources and the users, and also the eore competitive ability of the hospital libraries.
