摘　　要：目的通过目标性监测,寻找导致ICU多发医院感染的危险因素,应用持续质量改进模式,探讨有效预防和降低ICU医院感染发生的对策,达到降低感染、提升综合效益的预定结果目标。方法对2004-2005年开展前瞻性监测与2006-2007年实施目标性监测期间入住ICU、发生医院感染的患者及工作人员、工作环境进行科学的分析、比较、评估。结果得出患者年龄大、病情重、侵入性操作不规范和室内环境、物品有污染等是导致医院感染高发的危险因素以及感染部位的聚集倾向。结论目标性监测方法科学、可行、可靠,实施后达到预期效果。运用持续质量改进原则制定出以抓好环节控制;强调过程管理;增强护理环节管理及注重特殊治疗护理等行之有效的监控对策。Objective For the purpose of cutting down the infection rate and promotion of comprehensive benefits, first we search for the risk factors that induce multiple hospital infections of ICU with target monitoring, then the model of continuous quality improvement was utilized to find a approach to prevent and lower down the hospital infections of ICU effectively. Method Our monitoring time is from 2004 to 2005, we do prospective monitoring and target monitoring from 2006 to 2007. All the patients who enter the hospital were chosen as our study population. Then we carry a scientific comparison between the two kinds of monitoring population with statistical software. Result Patients with old age, heavy conditions, non-standard operation procedures or indoor items contaminations are the most important risk factors that contribute to the high infection rate of ICU. Also these can cause the coming together tendency of infect part .Conclusion Target monitoring is a scientific, feasible, and reliable method, which can achieve our expectant results after practice. We can institute some effective monitoring strategies under the basis of continuous quality improvement principle, such as do good section control, pay more attention to process management, enforcement of nursing management, emphasize specific therapy nursing and so on.
