摘　　要：目的:根据当前医学院校计算机基础课教学的现状。方法:采用问卷调查法对医学类本科新生的计算机基础知识掌握现状、学习态度和期望等方面情况进行调查。结果:研究发现:①新生有一定的计算机基础,但是不满足大学阶段对计算机知识的要求;②中学时没学过信息技术课的学生计算机基础较差但是学习积极性更高;③新生有较强的求知欲,对教师教学水平的期望也较高。结论:针对所得结论讨论了形成原因和教学改革的一些设想。Objective： To survey the present situation of knowledge and application of computer in freshmen of medical college, propose plan to reform and improve the subject of computer and information teaching. Methods ： Questionnaire was designed to survey the enrolled freshmen of medical college intending for 5 years stud- y about the basic knowledge, attitude and expectation of computer and information. The results were analyzed with statistics. Results： ① The freshmen had some basic knowledge of computer and information, they didnt content about the request of computer and information for college students, desired to learn more ; ② The students who hadn t had IT course in previous study knew little about computer and information, they were more enthusiastic to learn; ③The freshmen were eager to study knowledge, and had high expectation to teaching ability and condition of computer. Conclusion： Freshmen of medical college have high passion and desire to the study of computer, teachers need to teach them with different strata and improve teaching ability and condition.
