玻璃体切除在眼内异物摘出术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体切除在眼内异物摘出术中的应用。方法对52例(52眼)眼内异物,包括磁性异物27例,非磁性异物25例,常规行睫状体平坦部三通道玻璃体切除术治疗,并根据病情相应处理视网膜脱离等病变,选择眼内激光及眼内填充物。结果48例(92.31%)通过平坦部或角膜缘切口摘出异物,视力改善或不变者37例(71.15%),视网膜脱离复位51例(98.08%)。结论玻璃体切除及选择性应用眼内激光及眼内填充物是治疗眼内异物及相应并发症的有效方法。Objective To investigate the application of the vitrectomy for extraction of intraocular foreign bodies. Methods 52 cases who were suffered from intraocular foreign bodies, including magnetic foreign bodies 27 cases, nonmagnetic foreign bodies 25 cases,underwent routine vitrectomy via the third aisle of plana of ciliary body and treated PVR by intraoeular laser or filler,according to patient＇ s conditions. Results 48 cases （92.31%） were extracted the foreign bodies via plana of ciliary bady or limbus cornea. Postoperative visual acuity was impromved or remaind unchanged 37 cases （71. 15%）,reattachment retina 51 eases （98. 08% ）. Conclusions Vitreetomy is an effective surgery for treatment of intraocular foreign bodies and complications after surgery and to utilize intraocular laser and filler,simultaneously.
