超声生物显微镜在眼前段挫伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨超声生物显微镜在眼前段挫伤中的应用价值。方法对36例(40眼)眼挫伤分别进行常规眼科检查(裂隙灯显微镜及前房角镜)、B超检查和超声生物显微镜(UBM)检查,结果行χ2检验。结果B超检查由于分辨率低,阳性率最低;眼科常规检查在屈光间质浑浊时,影响对眼前段的观察;而UBM阳性率最高,统计学检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论UBM的临床应用减少了眼前段挫伤中的漏诊和误诊,对临床有广泛的应用价值。Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasound biomicroscope in anterior segment contusion. Methods Forty eyes with anterior segment contusion were examined by regular ophthalmic examination, ophthalmic B-scan, and ultrasound biomicroscope. Results The result shuwed that ultrasuund biomicruscope ennhl find angle recession, cyclodialysis,iridialysis,zonular hreaking, lens dislocation and vitreous protruding to anterior chamber. Conclusions The result suggests that uhrasound hiomieroscope can play an effcetive rule in diagnosis of anterior segment contusion.
