摘　　要：从1995年中国男子篮球甲级联赛(简称CBA)开始到2005-2006赛季更名为中国男子篮球职业联赛至今,CBA已经走过了12个年头,取得了举世瞩目的成果。但是中国职业篮球运动还处在初级发展阶段,离全面真正的职业化还有距离,篮球裁判员没有职业化就是其中一个重要的制约因素。对CBA职业篮球联赛裁判员职业化的必要性和可行性进行研究,旨在为CBA联赛裁判员队伍的建设,为裁判员职业化探索一条适合中国国情的职业化之路,为CBA联赛职业化深入健康发展和进行制度改革提供理论参考。Since the beginning of Chinese CBA men＇s A -level basketball league matches （short for CBA） in 1995 to the changed name of Chinese men＇s basketball professional league matches in the 2005 -2006 season, CBA has enjoyed a history of 12 years and made remarkable achievement. But Chinese professional basketball movement is still in its fledging stage and there is still a long way to go before China can truly realize CAB professionalization. One of the important hindering factors is that the professionalization of basketball referees is still not realized. This paper researches on the necessity and feasibility of the professionalization of referees for CBA professional league matches and aims at finding a road to referees＇professionalization in accordance with China＇s national situations and offering theoretical reference to the further healthy development and system reform for the professionalization of CBA league matches.
