摘  要:齿轮单面啮合测量技术历经了八十多年的发展,因突出的特点而在齿轮测量中占有特殊的位置。在简述单面啮合测量原理的基础上,本文对具有代表性的两种信号处理方法(分频比相测量法、数字计数测量法)进行了详细分析,并介绍了切向综合偏差的评定方法,包括基于国标的评定和FFT评定。通过图示齿廓形状与综合偏差曲线的关系,进一步张显了单啮测量的优越性。评点单面啮合测量技术的几个应用领域和典型问题后,介绍了两种基于新的测量方法的齿轮单面啮合测量仪,最后指出了齿轮单面啮合测量技术的一个主要发展方向。The gear single-flank testing technology has developed over 80 years, It plays a significant role in gear measurement as a result of its excellent characteristic. Based on discussing the measurement principle of single-flank testing, two typical measurement methods (the frequency-divided phase comparison measurement and the digital counting measurement) have been analysed detalledly and the evaluating methods for tangential composite error have also been introduced, including the China Standard evaluation and FFT evaluation. Through illustrating the relation between the profile form and the composite error curve, the superiority of single-flank testing has been indicated farther. After commenting on the fields of application and the typical problems of gear sing-flank testing technology, the paper introduces the latest testing methods about the single-flank testers. At last, the paper indicates the development tendency of gear single-flank testing technology.
