摘　　要：本文分析、定义了高职毕业生就业竞争力的组成,并对其综合运用"卓越绩效评价准则"和"SWOT"进行分析,指出了高职毕业生就业竞争力各组成因素中的优势、劣势、改进以及存在的威胁。This paper analyzes and defines composing of obtaining employment competitiveness for advanced vocational school graduates Guide line on estimating performance excellence and SWOT is played in analysis. And the author indicates the strength , weakness , opportunity and threat of obtaining employment competitiveness.
