军队院校现代化教学保障体系构想和作用初探

摘　　要：随着高等教育产业的迅速发展和"科技强警"战略的实施,公安现役部队对人才培养质量提出了更高的要求。为了整体提高教学质量和办学水平,进一步明确教学保障工作的内涵、功能、作用,明确教学保障在提高教学质量方面的支持、推动和牵引作用,一是要明确军队院校教学保障指导思想和基本原则。二是构建合力保障,形成大保障概念。要求达到教学保障工作的整体化、规范化,形成教学保障合力。三是改变保障观念,赋予教学保障新的内涵。With the rapid development of higher education industry and the implementation of the “science and tech- nology strengthen police” strategy, higher requirement for talents＇ cultivation for public seeurity forces is demanded. In order to support, promote, enhance teaching quality and standard, clarify the function and effects of teaching service work, the followings have to be done. The first one is to know military academy＇ s guiding ideology and basic principle. The second one is, design a general framework of teaching services. The third one is, visualize new conception of services.
