摘　　要：高校网络教育学院定位是一个理论与实践有机统一的系统工程,全面构建高校网络教育学院定位应然模式的重点之一,就是准确把握定位的理论基础构架:系统科学是定位研究的方法论基础;后现代主义是定位反思的批判视角;人本主义是定位人文关怀的终极目标;终身教育、学习型社会是定位实践的潜在市场需求、重要战略机遇与新的增长点。高校网络教育学院合理定位的最终形成无疑是这些理论指导的必然选择与客观要求。The orientation of network education academe in university is a systematic project with organic combination of theory and practice. To nicely grasp the theoretical basis framework is one of the keys to constructing the mode for orientation of network education academe in university： system science is methodological basis for orientation study; postmodernism is the criticism visual angle of orientation reflection; humanism is the terminal target for orientation of human culture ; lifelong education and learning society is the latency market demand, grand strategy opportunity and new growth point of orientation practice. The final formation of reasonable orientation of network education academe in university is the inevitable choice and objective requirement with theoretical guidance.
