摘 要:企业跨国并购的实践显示,整合是我国企业跨国并购成败的关键,而文化整合则是核心命题。中国企业的跨国并购整合不仅面临不同企业文化之间的博弈,而且还受到不同民族文化的阻碍,即"双重异质文化"的抗阻。同样,"双重异质文化"在碰撞的过程中,相互识别、相互交融,存在孕育新企业文化的内在机理。本文尝试运用理论分析与建模相结合的方法对跨文化整合绩效及协同机理作一实证研究。The cross- border M & A practice of Chinese enterprises show: Tntegrating is the key to success. Cultural integration is the core proposition. Chinese enterprises are facing integrating between the different business cultures game, but also by the obstacles that the "double different culture" resistance. Similarly, The "dual different cultures" in the process of collision, mutual recognition, playing uew enterprise culture inherent mechanism of integration. The paper tries to use theoretical analysis and mathematical model on the mechanism of cross - cultural integration and synergy efficient issues for a study.
