摘 要:针对采用双压力回路的Honda CVT电液控制系统的结构和工作特性进行研究,基于Matlab/Simu-link建立了装备金属带式无级变速器(CVT)汽车的整车仿真模型;利用智能九点控制策略设计出速比控制器和夹紧力控制器。应用C8051F043单片机开发CVTECU软硬件,基于dSPACE系统构建CVT硬件在环实时仿真平台,对CVT电控单元进行硬件在环仿真试验,实时仿真显示控制效果较好。The structure and working characteristics of the electro-hydraulic control system with dual-pressure circuit for the continuously variable transmission (CVT) of a Honda car are studied. Firstly a simulation model for the complete vehicle equipped with metal V-belt CVT is built based on Matlab/Simulink. Then the speed ratio controller and clamp force controller are designed using intelligent nine-point control strategy, and the software and hardware of ECU for CVT are developed with C8051 F043 single-chip processor. Finally a real-time hardware-in-the- loop simulation is conducted for CVT ECU on a platform constructed based on dSPACE system with a result showing good control effects.
