摘　　要：[目的]探讨p16基因在蒙古族宫颈癌中的表达与汉族是否存在差异及是否可作为宫颈癌的辅助诊断指标。[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法检测63例蒙古族宫颈癌和30例汉族宫颈癌p16基因的表达情况,同时取18例蒙古族和18例汉族正常宫颈组织作对照。[结果]蒙古族宫颈癌及正常宫颈组织中p16阳性表达率分别为82.54%、5.56%(χ2=36.68,P=0.00);汉族宫颈癌及正常宫颈组织中p16阳性表达率分别为96.67%、11.11%(χ2=36.00,P=0.00);蒙古族宫颈癌与汉族子宫颈癌及两民族正常宫颈组织分别相比,p16表达无差异(χ2=2.46,P=0.12)。[结论]p16基因在蒙汉族宫颈癌中的表达无差异。[Purpose] To explore the difference of the expression of p16 gene between Mongolian women and Han women with cervical cancer and to evaluate the potential of p16 as a diagnostic biomarker for cervical cancer. [Methods] The expression of p16 gene in tissue of Mongolian （n=63） and Han women （n=30） with cervical cancer and those of normal cervix in Mongolian （n=18） and Han women （n=18） were detected immunohistochemically. [Results] In the Mongolian women,the p16 expression rate was 82.54% in cervical cancer,5.56% in normal tissues （χ^2=36.68,P=0.00）. In the Han women,the p16 expression rate was 96.67% in cervical cancer and 11.11% in normal tissues （χ^2=36.00,P=0.00）. No difference was found in p16 expression in Mongolian and Han women with cervical cancer （χ^2=2.46,P=0.12）. [Conclusion] The p16 gene expression in cervical cancer in Mongolian and in Han women is not different.
