摘  要:研制出一种基于DSP的TANDEM型双丝焊系统,它有机结合了CAN总线技术、硬开关技术和脉冲焊技术。在分析焊接工艺要求的基础上,基于双丝脉冲焊所要求的焊接电源外特性,应用电力电子技术和自动控制原理的理论,引入双环负反馈控制模式。同时,以CAN总线通信系统作为搭建该焊接系统协同控制的通信平台,使两个焊接电源电流的输出为脉冲模式,且相位交替相差180°。试验结果表明,所设计的逆变电源电气性能良好,焊接过程中电弧之间的干扰非常小,飞溅少,焊缝表面光滑,成型效果好,焊接速度快,体现了双丝焊高速高效的特点。A TANDEM double wire pulsed welding equipment which consists of CAN BUS technology based on DSP, hard switch technology and pulsed welding technology was designed.Based on the analysis of welding technics requirement, the subtractive feedback mode of double-loop control was introduced by the application of theory of electronics and autocontrol to meet the demand for the outer speciality of welding electrical source.And then,the CAN BUS communication system applies to the welding system as the communication platform of synergic control,it made the current output of welding electrical source being the pulsed pattern and phasic discrepancy being 180°.The experimental results show that electric perfor-mance of the power supply is famous,with little disturb,little splash and stable in the welding process.Besides,the slippv welding slot. the welding speed and the shape of welding all are satisfying to the merits of double wire welding.
